What you’ll need
- Order number: In your confirmation email (subject: “Your Bestie Tees order #12345”).
- Email or phone: The one used during checkout. If you used Shop Pay or PayPal, use the email tied to that account.
Order status guide
- Pending / On hold: Payment not captured yet. If it’s been over 24 hours, contact us.
- Processing: We’re printing your fan‑made item (typically 2–4 business days).
- Completed / Shipped: Your package is with the carrier; tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.
- Delivered: The carrier marked it delivered.
- Exception / Return to sender: Reach out so we can help.
Note: Multi‑item orders may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to populate after the “Shipped” email.
Marked delivered but not received?
Check with household members/neighbors and common drop areas, then wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early. If still missing, contact us.
Wrong address?
If your order is still Processing, message us ASAP so we can try to update it.
